Delicately handcrafted with Swarovski crystals one by one, each garment is made with love upon order placed. GL does not do custom orders.
How long will it take to make my garment?
Please plan ahead! Georgia Leyla units are handmade to order.
All products are pre-order items. Some take 3 days to be shipped, others up to 15 days. Products will be conveniently delivered to the address you prefer as soon as they are available in our stock. In the Description Page of all items, you will also find their expected shipping date/estimated time arrival. If your order includes both products that are ready to be shipped in 3 days and 10-15 days items, the products will be shipped all together on the latest expected date. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your package.

If you would like to know our current shipping time frames before you place your order; please contact us and we can let you a better time frame at the moment of your purchase. Orders placed for multiple items may require more time, so please contact us FIRST if you are on a time restriction.***
WHAT DOES Made to Order/ Pre-order MEAN?
Made to Order means that the item is not in stock though that it can be ordered.
-100% of the order value will be charged upon order placement
-Should you change your mind, your order can be canceled until 24H of your purchase and your money refunded (Read more about cancellations)
-The Made to Order item’s ETA is about 20 working days from your purchase date
-The ETA can change due to production schedules. In such instance our Customer Care will do their utmost to keep you informed and up to date
-The fulfilment of your order is contingent on the fulfilment of our (confirmed) order
-All items ordered together will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item arrives

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of your GL it must be treated with extra love and care.
We use some of the finest high-grade fabrics, laces, ribbons, crystals and hardware so your unit needs to be treated as such.
All garments that have crystals are luxury items only and are not intended for water exposure. Please note, if these guidelines are not followed, it is not the responsibility of GL if discoloration or deterioration occurs in these items.
HOW CAN I WASH MY GL?
Treat your garment as if they were delicate lingerie, which means use of mild soaps or detergents and cold or cold-warm water. Always rinse it off immediately after use and lay flat to dry.
-Please hand wash with cold water and mild soap (like Lingerie or swimwear detergent). DO NOT USE WOOLITE and lay flat to dry.
-To preserve the life of your piece, try to rinse your piece with cold water after use in heavily chlorinated or salted waters. Please note that pieces are not intended to be used during strenuous physical activity and shouldn’t be worn for long periods of time in chlorinated or salted waters. Also please note some pieces Dyes may run at first, so keep this in mind when wearing, especially for new.
- Please use appropriate care avoiding direct and prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes and chemicals. Plating on item(s) may tarnish with normal wear over time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a special bag/box. Storing one piece per bag will help prevent tarnishing, scratches and tangles. Cleaning item(s) with tarnish removers is not recommended.
CAN I BE ROUGH WITH MY GL?
-Please take extra care of your unit! These garments are very delicate in nature and should be treated as fine jewelry would. It is handmade and must be worn and dresses with that in mind. So, treat it delicately with love and care to preserve its life. When trying on your piece DO NOT pull from the hardware at any time. ALWAYS Pull from the fabric and take extra care not to provide tension on the hardware. This will prolong the life of piece suit over time. Each unit has gone through our in-house quality control.
WILL THE CRYSTALS FALL OFF?
A few crystals may shed. Therefore, we always add extra crystals in each unit (+).
IS EVERY GL EXACTLY THE SAME?
-All units are handmade and may vary slightly; this makes your piece exclusive originality and special just for you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no Refunds or Returns for any reason. This is firm.
-Since each item is MADE JUST FOR YOU (handmade to order) and due to hygiene reasons, GL does not accept returns, all sales are final. Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours (Lisbon/London Time Zone) of your purchase. Items will be prepped for production within 24 hours (Lisbon/London Time Zone) and then cannot be changed or canceled after this period.
-All items are carefully inspected for quality control before they are shipped to customers to ensure they are in perfect condition.
-Georgia Leyla does her own actual photography & video.

-ALL orders will be sent with tracking information for you to check online with the corresponding courier's website. Once your order is prepped for shipment, you will receive a tracking number from our automated system.
-Once the order ships from us, it is not our responsibility and is the property of the purchaser. Tracking numbers will automatically be e-mailed once the order is prepped for shipment.
-The shipping requires signature confirmation for your delivery.
GEORGIA LEYLA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN IN THE MAIL. EVERY CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER AS WELL AS THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THEIR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS INFORMATION, IT IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GEORGIA LEYLA.
For items that come back to us being either unclaimed at customs or the wrong address or information was given to us, a store credit will then be issued MINUS any costs that have occurred to us for the order (i.e. shipping and handling costs).
Shipping costs that have occurred to us for the order (i.e. shipping and handling costs) are not refundable, no exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
- We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax.
-Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country for it's delivery.
- GeorgiaLeyla is not responsible for them. This is standard for most online purchasing with any company. If you do not pay these taxes or your package is UNCLAIMED you will NOT be given any refunds if the items are not paid for and collected. This is the buyers responsibility and unclaimed items due to non payment of VAT tax will not be refunded.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
-Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, not including weekends or holidays. Expect 1-4 weeks during peak holidays i.e Christmas, New Years, & Valentine's Day as all items are made by hand.
-THE CURRIER SHIPPING TIME OF DELIVERY INFORMATION: European Union 1-2 weeks.
CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?
View your order status. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.
You can also track the status of your package by using the tracking number we have provided you with.
